The drink: refreshing, cooling, fruity, herbal.
With seasonal fruit puree made in house, grenadine, and prosecco, this cocktail perfectly compliments the brunch faire. It’s fruity, but not overly sweet, with the basil balancing the strawberry, and not syrupy or too heavily herbal. I can’t imagine any of the fruit purees being any less wonderful than this one.
