While I might seemed biased, recent reviews from The Pitch suggest that The Rieger is the best restaurant in Kansas City, and it’s not just the food that’s spectacular. Brock and Derek (along with Julie and Tom) are doing great things behind the bar, like this phenomenal seasonal cocktail.
The drink: spicy, creamy light, smooth.
The smoothness is first and foremost in this cocktail with a light spiciness and wonderful pear flavor. It’s perfect for sipping on a fall afternoon, and the garnish? Honey-pear deliciousness. Do not leave it untouched.
